Gift vouchers
A present that always fits. A voucher for an amount or a specific service — by email as a PDF or in an envelope to collect from the salon.
How it works
- Choose a voucher. PLN 100, PLN 200, PLN 300, PLN 500, any amount from PLN 50, or a specific service from the price list.
- Send your order with the form or call us. We reply with a Stripe payment link (card, BLIK, Apple Pay, Google Pay) or bank transfer details.
- Get the voucher. We email the PDF within 1 business day of receiving payment. A voucher in an envelope is ready to collect from the salon during opening hours.
- The recipient books a visit and gives the voucher number. Vouchers are redeemed in the salon.
Rules
- A voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The expiry date is printed on it.
- The voucher value is always in Polish złoty. If you pay in GBP or USD, you pay the equivalent at the rate shown in the price list.
- A voucher can be used for any service. If the service costs more, you pay the difference; if it costs less, the rest stays on the voucher until it expires.
- Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, except on withdrawal from the purchase or an accepted complaint.
- Running out of time? Write to us before it expires — we will extend it once, free of charge, by 3 months.
- We will resend a lost PDF. A paper voucher is valid for whoever holds it — keep it like cash.
- You can return an unused voucher within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Right of withdrawal.
