Complaints
Barbara Jerzykiewicz-Młynarska is responsible for performing services in line with the agreement. This page explains how to make a complaint. It does not limit your rights.
Your rights
You can complain if a service was not performed as agreed — for example, a cut clearly differs from what was agreed, or a colour is significantly different from the agreed shade and the reason is not a property of your hair that we told you about beforehand. This also applies to gift vouchers (for example, a wrong value or expiry date).
It is best to tell us as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days of your visit — that makes it easier to assess and correct the result. This does not shorten the statutory time limits for complaints.
How to complain
Call (+48 534 432 584), write to [email protected], come to the salon or send a letter to Barbara Jerzykiewicz-Młynarska, ul. Stefana Starzyńskiego 2, 35-508 Rzeszów, Poland. Please include:
- your name and the date of the visit (or the voucher number),
- what the problem is — photos help,
- what solution you expect.
Response time
We reply within 14 days of receiving the complaint. If a Consumer's complaint is not answered within that time, it is deemed accepted.
How we put things right
- A free correction — for example, adjusting the cut or colour, at the earliest time that suits you.
- A price reduction or refund — if a correction is not possible or you do not want one; within 14 days, using the same payment method and in the same currency.
Out-of-court dispute resolution
If we cannot reach an agreement, as a consumer you can use out-of-court ways to resolve the dispute:
- the Podkarpackie Regional Trade Inspection in Rzeszów (Inspekcja Handlowa) — mediation and a permanent consumer arbitration court,
- the municipal consumer ombudsman in Rzeszów — free advice and assistance,
- the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) — list of authorised bodies at uokik.gov.pl,
- consumers from other EU countries — the European Consumer Centre (konsument.gov.pl).
Using these routes is voluntary for both sides.
