Right of withdrawal
This page explains the statutory right of withdrawal available to consumers under the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014. It does not limit your rights. Separately, you can cancel a visit free of charge as described on the Payments, deposits and refunds page.
Who it applies to
The right applies to a Consumer (and to a sole trader for whom the agreement is not of a professional nature) who entered into an agreement with us at a distance — for example, booked a visit by phone or email, or ordered a gift voucher and paid online or by transfer. It does not apply to agreements made in person in the salon.
A booked visit
You can withdraw from an agreement for a service within 14 days of concluding it (confirmation of the time or payment of the deposit), without giving a reason, but no later than the start of the service. We then refund the whole deposit — even if your visit is less than 48 hours away.
A gift voucher
You can withdraw from a voucher purchase within 14 days of the date of purchase, provided the voucher has not been used (in full or in part). We refund the whole amount paid. A paper voucher must be returned by post or in the salon; a PDF voucher is cancelled.
How to withdraw
Tell us clearly — by phone (+48 534 432 584), by email to [email protected], in person at the salon, or by letter to Barbara Jerzykiewicz-Młynarska, ul. Stefana Starzyńskiego 2, 35-508 Rzeszów, Poland. You may use the model form, but you do not have to. We confirm receipt by email or text message.
When the right ends
The right of withdrawal from an agreement for a service ends once the service has been fully performed, if it was performed within the 14 days at your express request (for example, you booked a time within 14 days) and you acknowledged that you would lose this right — we ask about this when confirming the time.
Refund
We refund within 14 days of receiving your notice, using the same payment method and in the same currency you used, unless you expressly agree to another method at no cost to you.
